Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Requests submitted within 30 days after delivery are reviewed when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete.
